I was more lamenting the fact that a large amount of brainpower and man-hours went into getting things capable of working with the Fc tooling. Manpower that would have been better spent focusing on the core framework (and not the Fc tooling considerations) and the component set. When I look at Fc I just see a whole lot of wasted energy on all sides (framework engineers, Flash Builder engineers, and Fc engineers).
