I don't know who abusively complained about Derek, but the obvious and primary beneficiary to silencing his argument in this instance would be you. You are also the number one person to object to any attempt at increasing transparency for a variety pretexts. Moreover you have stated multiple times, including very recently, that you thought the CC should stop or tune down its actions. In light of all this, I am completely unable to believe any words from you regardless willingness or intent to improve the referred situation. To top it all, I don't have much faith in the other CC members doing anything about it either. To your credits, unlike you, they have not been very vocal about their beliefs. I don't know why it is so. Maybe CC has decided on unanimity and is always blocked. Maybe they don't care. Maybe they are overworked (I know at least one them is). Whatever, the CC has lost all my trust, and probably that of many other participants. Looking forward to voting ALL of you out, to be honest. -- Rémi Denis-Courmont http://www.remlab.net/ _______________________________________________ ffmpeg-devel mailing list ffmpeg-devel@ffmpeg.org https://ffmpeg.org/mailman/listinfo/ffmpeg-devel To unsubscribe, visit link above, or email ffmpeg-devel-requ...@ffmpeg.org with subject "unsubscribe".
