*If inflation theory is correct then the universe became immensely larger
in a very short amount of time, the exact figure is unknown but the lower
limit is that in just 10^-32 seconds the volume of the universe became
10^26 (100 trillion trillion) times larger. However it's entirely possible
that the period of inflation lasted longer than 10^-32 seconds and thus the
volume of the universe became even larger than 10^26.*
