I have not seen any CCS charging points with attached cables.  CCS2 DC 
chargers do have attached cables, however.

Thus EU EVs seem to be usually delivered with CCS charging cables.

You also usually get a "granny" cable.  That's good for a 2.5kW charge on a 
normal household socket.  Our former neighbor regularly charged his Zoe that 
way.  He parked the car on the street in front of the house, and passed the 
cable out the front window.  It was fine for the amount of driving he did.

With the granny cable, you can get 3.7kW on a Green-Up socket.  These are 
the same pinout as domestic sockets, and are often provided as secondary 
connections on CCS level 2 AC charging points.
