They could start by moving almost anywhere outside of North America. As far as I can tell, North America is about the only place in the world that goes in for such enormous vehicles with such limited utility. In Europe, vans are available in all sizes, from the Renault Kangoo and Citroen Berlingo to the Renault Master and Mercedes Sprinter. Almost all of them are now available in EV versions. I guess that vehicle purchases are never fully rational, but it seems to me that Americans make more irrational vehicle purchases than almost any other nationality.
