Google already does this with the Waymo fleet.  The car will alert a driver
in the control center if it needs help figuring something out, and then
that driver can take over or just tell the car what to do to get out of its
situation.

You don't need any special bandwidth or latency requirements, as it's only
happening once in a while.

These cars are everywhere in SF now.   Can't even go a few minutes without
seeing one.  Never a driver in the driver's seat!
