Things to consider: 1) Used value of ICE cars will likely drop as they become less desired, while new ICE prices will likely go up due to reduced production volume. 2) Gas Stations will probably start going out of business as ICE usage decreases - thus making it less convenient to own one. 3) Gas prices - well, demand should go down, which would lower prices - but it's likely that supply will go down as it becomes less profitable - which would increase prices. 4) Parts/Service for ICE will probably become more expensive, especially as various debt loaded ICE manufacturers go bankrupt. The US has hit the 5% new car sales are EV point. All other countries that hit that, then went into an exponential growth of EV sales. -- Bobcats and Cougars, oh my! http://john.casadelgato.com/Pets _______________________________________________ Address messages to ev@lists.evdl.org No other addresses in TO and CC fields HELP: http://www.evdl.org/help/
