Things to consider:
1) Used value of ICE cars will likely drop as they become less desired, while 
new ICE prices will likely go up due to reduced production volume.
2) Gas Stations will probably start going out of business as ICE usage 
decreases - thus making it less convenient to own one.
3) Gas prices - well, demand should go down, which would lower prices - but 
it's likely that supply will go down as it becomes less profitable - which 
would increase prices.
4) Parts/Service for ICE will probably become more expensive, especially as 
various debt loaded ICE manufacturers go bankrupt.

The US has hit the 5% new car sales are EV point.  All other countries that hit 
that, then went into an exponential growth of EV sales.
