Neither state´s regulations affect cars and trucks already on the road, which are America´s biggest source of climate-harming pollution. ... "Seventeen U.S. states have agreed to adopt California's tailpipe emissions rules and 15 have backed its zero-emission vehicle requirements. A clever dealer could also ship in "used" (driven a couple hundred miles) ICEVs first sold in other states.
