That's a pretty broad statement, and I don't see how your link supports it. 

The website doesn't document any non-fatal Tesla accidents, so right there 
it doesn't support the statement that "everyone who wrecks a Tesla" wasn't 
using autopilot.  

In fact it doesn't even support that for FATALITIES.  

So I say again, "citation needed."
