IMHO the $420 premium for the 6.6 kW Elcon package is worth it over the
added complexity and only 4.4 kWh charging for the dual TMS2500.
(Speaking as someone who did the dual TMS package a while back but I
think the cost savings were more back then.....)

I could have sworn that the thunderstruck EVCC and J1772 inlet kit would
also work with the Elcon chargers...you might send them an email or call
them.....
The configurations I've been able to come up with are:
$1230 - TSM2500 w/J1772, 2 KW max - 14 hr full charge (on 240vac, 20hr on
120vac, 20A circuit)
$1693 - Dual TSM2500 2/J1772, 4KW max - 7 hr full charge on 240vac. 20hr on
120vac, 20A
$851 - Elcon 3.3KW - 10 hr full chage on 240vac, 20hr on 120vac
$1747 - Elcon 6.6KW - 5 hr full charge on 240vac, 20hr on 120vac
+$308 for EVCC and +$60 J1772 inlet for the Elcons.
I'm making guesses about charge times, assuming these old Leaf modules have
degraded to about 40AH eah, so a 200AH x 132v pack.
