The customer has already proven that is his normal mode of operation. Why
would we expect any different from him in the future?

Having owned several businesses in the past, I have discovered that some
customers will never be happy no matter what you do and they simply are not
worth the trouble they cause. It is smart business sense to weed these out
early and instead concentrate on the people that can be made happy.
