#1. Is a non-sequitur. It will be 30 years before EV's make a significant dent, but all along the way, those that recognize the perfect marriange of EV's and clean power will always be way ahead of the pack. The correlation is very strong and very real... #2. As the number of EV adopters grows, so does the clean-energy consciousness, and the relative proportion of those who buy EV's will always be a larger share than average of those that also buy clean energy. The point is the totally incorrect damning of current EV ownership with dirty coal based on the "average" grid mix which ignores the demographics of EV buyers, who are *not* average grid consumers...
