Hi Claire and all!

It's surely a good thread to start! LOL
When it comes to differences between men and women, it turns out to be
funny.

Can't women take criticism?
Well, professionally speaking, I have already worked with some women that
could take criticism and they usually took to the personal side. This also
happen with men, but not as frequent as with women. Don't get me wrong, it's
not general.

Does it mean we like to be flattered even if what men says isn't true or
sincere?
Personally speaking, it doesn't has a relation with the sex. It depends on
the person, many women and men like to be flattered even knowing that it's
not completely true.

Good day for everybody.
