Good day,Oshiro and all! I'm afraid I don't have the keys to successfully dealing with FEMINISTS or CHAUVINISTS.
I have to confess that I was brought up by my parents and teachers believing that women can achieve anything they desire once they set their mind to it. So the first note from the calendar,"Women who seek to be equal to men lack ambition."doesn't mean anything to me. I don't seek to be equal to men because I believe I can actually do better than men.LOL(no offense,all man members!) Does that mean I'm a feminist?I think not!;) The only way to 'tame' FEMINISTS or CHAUVINISTS is to force them to work or live together for at least a short period of time. In doing so,they will probably learn to cope with each other's shortcomings and find a way to live in harmony with other NON- feminists or NON-chauvinists.LOL I have done a lot of different jobs,and guess which is the most demanding of all? It's being a MOTHER,and I think I can speak for all other mothers who happen to be career women,too!;) Feminists and chauvinists believe they can lead a meaningful and complete life without the opposite sex which is against the nature according to my own experience.And anything that's against the nature will eventually have a counter-impact on them one way or another. Of course,my own 2 cents,that's all! By the way,Oshiro,when are you going to attend that 1-day Japanese cuisine course with your girlfriend? I wonder how Japanese food you eat at home or at the restaurant in Sao Paolo differs from the food they prepare and eat in Japan...I meant how authentique or different can they be?
