Yes, we have a Minister of Education in Brazil and we have law against
illegal actions in schools as well. The problem is, that these laws are not
executed effectivelly. Police can't do much about it, since they can't force
all students to open their backpacks to be checked if they are clear.

You have a point here, politicians turn their eyes away most of the time.
It's out of their control.
I think politicians are not completely guilty of it. Children should have a
better education at home.
Regarding your last statement about good husbands, I think these men found a
great excuse for not getting married. LOL
