Ed and all, What did you mean by saying some state schools have become unsafe? Did you mean crime or drug-related problems have penetrated the campuses or the facilities of the schools are being poorly maintained due to lack of budget?
How long does a stae school teacher need to work to retire in Brazil? How much is a new state high school teacher paid in Brazil?
