Goodness, the instructions there were so musty as to versions 
specific instruction that it seemed more like a crypt than a 
viable document.  I made a minimal edit, but the markup tools 
wanted to drive rather than simply 'reveal codes' [alt-F3] and 
get out of the way, and I am not happy with the way it lays 
out, post revision

Fear of following a blind lead into wiki-rot zombies, and the 
changes over time in mark-up front ends made this page 
off-putting to this new editor

But, yes, making sure the cited URL is linked and regularly 
reviewed, would be a goodness
