Spotted here too. Your description seems familiar, but it's difficult to nail down specific causes. A lot of my reports concerned our internal sites which use HTTP Auth, it would take ~2 minutes before the Username/Password prompt appeared, when using Firefox ESR 52.5.0. Sometimes. Mostly, it would be instant. And always instant with all other browsers.
