It looks like a 'git format' patch, so if you have git, then you would
use "git am"
Otherwise, it might take with the normal linux "patch" command. Or you
could make the changes by hand, as axis.py is an interpreted file.
(- at the beginning of a  line means delete, + means add, the other
lines are for context to show where the changes go)
