That's right.  I turned on full debug and I get a command like (from
memory)...

TELEOP_COMMAND 234,213, xspeed, yspeed, zspeed, etc

Which is showing the z jog speed at 80mm/s (4800mm/min).

This has been happening when I have the jog speed set to 3mm/min to do fine
positioning, then use the shift-key to move away quickly.  It seems to be
ignoring axis limit.  

I'll do some more debugging today.
