Do either/both of you have a base thread set up and if so what timing is it set 
for?  Also have you changed the period of the servo thread?   If you have a 
Mesa card you do not need a base thread generally (unless you really have 
something that needs to run at a fast rate)…

You can get the real time errors if your thread period is too fast for the 
hardware.
