(a “Y” connection as some would say) Phase rotation might be important too, and so a symbol to instruct the installer to consult the product documentation should also be on the nameplate. In principle, the Product Standard is definitive, so what does it say? I have never seen the PE mentioned in this context, and it's best to keep the information as simple as is sufficient. I doubt that the order of the voltage and supply type statements is critical. Does the product need a neutral? If not, don't mention it; use 400V 3~ unless the Product Standard requires something different.
