You can indicate the wiring requirements like this:

3P+N+PE for 3 poles + Neutral + PE for a TN-S Y system
3P+PE for 3 poles + PE for a TN-S Δ connected system

If you want to use a combined N+PE conductor, then:

3P+PEN for 3 poles + Neutral + PE for a TN-S Y system

If you are using a TT system there is no variation in this notation to indicate 
that, but the installation instructions need to include the driving of a local 
earthing electrode(s).

If you are using an IT system there is no variation in this notation except 
that neutrals are not normally used with IT configurations which are also 
almost always Δ-connected. You simply drop the PE or PEN notation, so they 
become “3P.”

Others in this thread have suggested “3W” but this deviates from the standard 
notation.
