I did so but it does not seems to work. In the PDF the number is in mEn

In Emacs C-h v on org-latex-table-scientific-notation prints
org-latex-table-scientific-notation is a variable defined in ‘ox-latex.el’.
Its value is nil
Format string to display numbers in scientific notation.
The format should have "%s" twice, for mantissa and exponent
(i.e., "%s\\times10^{%s}").
When nil, no transformation is made.
This variable was introduced, or its default value was changed, in
version 24.4 of Emacs.
You can customize this variable.
