Why can't you two just setup the radio how you like it and then download the settings out of the rig to your computer. Then when each of you sits down you just reconfig the radio with your settings. That way you get your own memories, filter settings, EQ settings, mic gains, the later to be S-Meter operation preference and the whole works...
