And also respectfully ... after that listening what have you learned
from the non-hams you listened to that would make them more interested
in ham radio if some aspect of ham radio was different than it is
today? And if you found anything out by doing that, why haven't you
said what it was by now?

"...my first rule of getting on the air: LISTEN. I don't have any
agenda about what they SHOULD do, I listen and try and figure out
where their interests lie. As we all know their (sic) are myriad
ways to pursue this hobby. Listen to what is piquing their interest."
