just told you. If two KAT500 are telling you the same thing; that's the
clue.
One weak point at ANY area of the antenna SYSTEM; once it fails, you
will get an intermittent until it's permanent.
System: EVERYTHING beyond the SO-239 connector at the KAT500.
Connector, coax, patch cables, adapters, ALL the way to the antenna then
the antenna itself.
It's a reasonable expectation that your issue is NOT in the tuner, since
both tell you the same thing.

PS the G5RV antenna was designed to be a SINGLE band antenna, even it it
loads on other bands. You WILL get a reactive response on other bands.
