Good Evening,

The sun hit us with another CME yesterday.  Solar flux dropped a little, it is around 180 after a few days over 200.  If it were less cloudy I would take my telescope out for a look at the many sunspots.  Maybe next week.

The mostly cloudy week has kept temperatures down.  A few scattered showers and a few foggy mornings make the forest wet. Many shades of green, when the sun comes out it glows.  All manner of bees are working the berry flowers popping out.  Salmon berries are ripening but they're not around long.  The jays eat them. Huckleberries are just starting, they are a staple into October.

Natural science, does not simply describe and explain nature; it is part of the interplay between nature and ourselves.
