I finally ordered and have received my West Mountain COMspkr for use
with my KX3. Work very nice and no RF sensitivity (even with 6-elem
yagi pointed at . I played with the HI CUT control and found a
"2-oclock setting pleased me. I have no equalization set on the
KX3. With the control full CW sound is very flat and crisp but hear
more background noise (this evaluation listening to 6m with preamps
on and 20m with preamps off).
Not using the COMspkr with my K3 as I have an old unamplified 8-inch
National Radio speaker that I like.
