I'm happy to see the draft on 125 session I agenda. I might not be able to the session before the time difference puts it in ungodly hours for me, so here's my feedback in writing:
I think spec update to match what implementations actually do today is a good thing. I also think more restrictive approach proposed in section 5. Additional Considerations makes sense. Of course the draft needs more work, but the 'spirit' makes sense to me. I will happily review this.
