Hello,

I've read the draft and have no objections to it. The overall sentiment seems 
to be that zone data sources should be separated, which seems fair. So long as 
the concept of local split-horizon servers using public resolvers is not 
ignored (authoritative servers can be prohibitively high-latency), I don't see 
any issues with this document.
