Yes, good idea. It will require adding an entry in the "TYPE Values
Registry" (policy is "Specification Required" and, apparently, an
Internet-Draft is not sufficient)
I think this is prime example of a Private Use value. It would be
specific to SIDN implementation and does not need any code assignment.
Just do it!

has for this purpose range 246-254 Private Use.
We are planning to do that with bind-dyndb-ldap backend which uses LDAP
cookies.
