Hello,

Since I noticed the ZONEVERSION RFC 9660, I was thinking that this
could be extended to include a version at the database.
For example at .nl and .se there is a TXT record that shows when that
zone was requested from the database.

$ dig +short txt nl
"nl zone update: 2024-11-06 07:30:02 +0000 (EPOCH 1730878202)"

$ dig +short txt se
"SE zone update: 2024-11-06 07:11:36 +0000 (EPOCH 1730877096) (auto)"

This version could stay the same when the database is down, but we
continue to update the zone (SOA) to update signatures for example.

What do you think?
