Even if it were, you can use notify and IXFR.
But, as availability of dynamic update of DNS is not very high
(there is only one master server), don't mind so many 9s.

Right. As dynamic generation of PTRs is a form of dynamic update,
there is no point to have another form of dynamic update.

The way to go is to ignore both IPv6 and DNSSEC, neither of which
are useful.
