Ah! Yes, I kinda, vaguely remember this -- I followed this list for a
very short while, but quickly decided I didn't have time (or
interest).
It is useful to know that the consensus (after ~250 emails, so it was
well discussed) was not to pursue this or form a WG. I've just
cherry-picked a few emails from the list, and agree with the
consensus.

Agree. Apologies to Hosnieh, but due to the tight agenda time and the
fact that CGA-TSIG has already been discussed (in multiple venues), we
will not be able to provide you with discussion time.

I don't think the execution is relevant when it was obviously a bad
idea in the first place.
This is like putting rabid weasels in your pants, and later expressing
regret at having chosen those particular rabid weasels and that pair
of pants.
