Hi Antoni,

I'm also contributing to the catalan translation. A few weeks ago I made a thorough revision of the catalan messages files in trunk and posted a patch, which has already been committed.

BTW, a question for all:
For lack of better knowledge of the django repo structure, I later found out that my patch does not appear as part of the django 1.2.x releases. I later saw these are maintained in the /branches/1.2.X branch.

I guess the patch should be regenerated for the 1.2.X branch, I'm not sure since I do not know how merges are managed between branches and trunk.

Could you guys advise me of the best procedure? I guess this may all change with transifex, but in the meantime I'd like to make my fixes avaulable in the 1.2.X branch.

Greetings,
Carles Barrobés

Hello all!

For a post in the django-es list I have seen that the Spanish
(Castilian) translation for Django is not complete. The complete one
is the es_AR. http://www.transifex.net/projects/p/django/c/1-2-X/l/es/

In my opinion the "neutral" language should be es, and not es_AR.
Anyway differences should be very very small. So perhaps would be a
nice idea to merge both translations and distribute a complete es
transaltion file.

On the other hand I'd like to contribute to the Spanish translation
itself as well as the Catalan translation. What's the right way to
proceed?

Best regards,
