No.  I do not think that people can be represented.  Representation is a
way of control.  If I dislike others controlling my decisions, why would
I do it to others (unless I try to take advantage of others).
Representation is for the the lazy to delegate power to the scammers.
You can delegate work, not decisions.  Those are very personal.
