I agree with this. Part of the reasons I became an independent is because I got tired of getting really good technical interviews, and failing with HR with such questions as "aren't you a bit young for this job?" "But... will you fit in? Why do you think you will", or worse, "hmmm, the way you are answering in this interview shows discrepancies with your personality test.".
