BTW, for those looking to just keep track of their own work, without dealing with a whole trouble ticket system, I highly recommend Best Practical's Hiveminder [hiveminder.com] -- a sort of micro-RT where you can assign deadlines, tag things, have events be hierarchical [ie. A isnt' due until B is done].
