For me personally, the biggest problem with VirtualBox is the fact that you 
can't assign multiple keys to be the HOST key.  Every time I press Ctrl, or 
Alt, or some key ... I'm not in the VM anymore.  There is no single key on the 
keyboard that I never use, that's good to assign as the HOST key.

The combination Ctrl+Alt, I can live with.  This is how VMWare works.  Ctrl+Alt 
to release mouse.  Configurable.  But VirtualBox can't do that.
