What about your Bachelor's?  I thought you had to have a Bachelors
before you could get an MBA?  Did they pay for your Bachelor's too, or
did you get that earlier?

Spoken as a someone who also started in the mid-nineties, no degree. I
don't look for a degree when I'm hiring (and I've held Dir Operations
position, and am now running a consulting/training company).  I look
for intelligence and ability.
