This is only part of it. There's also the folks who run the magic
push-button cloud; some are your greybeards, some are your young upstarts,
all of them are operating on a level higher than both --- the sysadmins of
2015, not the sysadmins of 2005 or of 1995.

That said, Rhys *has* said something crucially important: if the perception
of the sysadmins of 2005 is that we are the sysadmins of 1995, then we need
to do a better job of showing them what the sysadmins of 2015 are, and are
doing.
