Give the source build
<http://gnuradio.org/redmine/projects/gnuradio/wiki/BuildGuide> a shot and
see what components it configures during the `cmake` process. Try to
install the dependencies <http://gnuradio.org/doc/doxygen/build_guide.html>from
your OS's package manager if you don't have them, yet.
