It's a set of tools to build an OS from, not just an init
system. Fedora isn't even making use of the DHCP implementation, why
do you care? (though NM is interested in making use of it...)

The "group" is hardly new though, the web site has been put up half a
year ago, phoronix is just not really that good as a news
outlet... Also, the "group" is pretty much one invidual, Billy Estes.
