I'd rather you didn't send out a mass email until I can filter these
out see just the genuine failures.

Definitely. As well as some other issues with too high fail rate e. g.,
CheckSoFiles.
Perhaps we should think the other way: which issues are serious and
well.defined enough to make an email motivated?
