Alec,

I'm not sure if I'm getting a false positive or not. My package nec2c[1] says it's got a md5sum error with the source but I always use curl to download the sources (unless it's a github source and I use links). I just re-downloaded the source and the md5's match...

$ md5sum nec2c-1.1.tar.bz2
83e979e7e88454698ee5a69a86ddd66b  nec2c-1.1.tar.bz2
$ md5sum rpmbuild/nec2c/SOURCES/nec2c-1.1.tar.bz2

Hm.... When I run f-r on the above package I get not only a checksum error but also a diff file (one line changed in a header). Is it that the download links in the spec doesn't match what you use?
