Following up the state of luxcorerender,I contacted upstream about building issue, they recommend using the official method on:

Unfortunately, their official method requires LuxcoreDeps which already is a no-go due to external download hence disabled. An alternative way is using pipy[1], but it still requires LuxcoreDeps to get external dependencies. Upon investigation, it seems majority of distributions[2] struggles to package the latest version of luxcorerender. Only ALT Linux [3] managed to package version 2.10.
Work in progress spec files is on COPR[2] for preview. BlendLuxCore is faily straightfoward, only the Core part is challenging. Thanks for the big helps.
