There's an open RFE to get taskotron to use such a file, though it hasn't yet been suggested that it use the same path as fedpkg: https://pagure.io/taskotron/task-rpmlint/issue/5 I can't log in to Pagure right now for some reason, so I can't make that suggestion, but hopefully I'll remember to once that gets fixed ☺
