$ fedpkg lint --help
usage: fedpkg lint [-h] [--info] [--rpmlintconf RPMLINTCONF]

Rpmlint can be configured using the --rpmlintconf/-r option or by setting a
.rpmlint file in the working directory

optional arguments:
  -h, --help show this help message and exit
  --info, -i Display explanations for reported messages
  --rpmlintconf RPMLINTCONF, -r RPMLINTCONF
                        Use a specific configuration file for rpmlint
