   We have already discussed that givenName and sn are not actually used, so it 
really does not matter what they are.
   
   givenName is optional to the LDAP schema, so can be omitted. The schema 
requires sn, but it is not used, so could be any fixed value, e.g. TBA. or *not 
provided* etc.
   
   ICLA file names are private to the ASF, so we can use whatever naming 
convention we like, or indeed use UUIDs.
   
   I still don't see any use case for knowing that some ICLAs have been 
completed with the family name first.
   We don't need to know the family name.
   All we are interested in is the Full Name and the Public Name.
   We should treat those as opaque text.
